Check-in / check-out

The chalet will be at your disposal from 4:00 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the chalet by 9:00 a.m.. We will try to make your arrival and departure as flexible as possible. Please discuss your wishes with the janitor service in advance.

Welcome gift

Attention allergy sufferers – we have chosen a very special cooperation for you for your welcome gift. Sabines feine Köstlichkeiten developed an easy to make ready to bake bread mixture: gluten-free | vegan.

Who does not love the smell of freshly baked bread? It gives us a feeling of warmth and comfort – just like at home.

You will also find a small selection of gluten-free recipes in our guest folder at Chalet Charlotte.

If something should be missing or broken during your stay, or if you have any other questions, please contact Nadine or Patrick Berger from our janitor service.

Outdoor-Equipment

After an exciting day in the mountains – whether while skiing, biking or hiking – you have the possibility to hang up your equipment / boots to dry them on the ski boot dryer in the ski cellar.

Parking

Two free parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Laundry

In the basement you have a washing machine with integrated dryer. With these amenities, we hope to make traveling with children easier for you and that you can prepare for your sports activities in the best possible way.

WiFi / streaming

Free WiFi is available throughout the house. In addition, the most popular streaming apps are already installed on the TVs in all bedrooms and in the living room.
